Dear Moderators,

Not long ago, I spot your forum accidentally and put it in my favorite websites.
The articles and comments in the forum are so interesting that I'd like share my
recent experience with this community.

Several days ago, my team leader told me that there was a interview for me
that afternoon. I had been expecting this interview since a few of my
colleagues had theirs. This is a medium size company with more than 4,000
associates in Canada. Small cars and minivans are its products. It has a
fast-paced and clean work environment. There are full time, contractor and
student associates there. I've worked in this company for more than 15
months. Students are to back to college or university when they finish their
co-op term. Contractor associates are dream of becoming full time
associates, so am I.

It was a panel interview with a representative from associate service Mrs. S
(human resource) and my department manager Mr. B. Although I had gone
through several interviews since I landed in Canada, I can't help being exciting
and nervous. It meaned much to me. The followings are the main questions
that Mrs. S asked and made notes of my answers:
1. After more than one year working here, how do you explain team?
2. Do you agree company's attendance policy? Why?
3. How do you think of job rotation?
4. What are the necessary characters that a team leader should have?
5. Have you participated in company quality, safety and innovation programs?
6. What's the most frustrated thing you has met?
7. What are you going to do if you become a full time associate?
8. What's your career objective in five years?

The interview took about half an hour and I felt I was doing fine. I became
relaxed when we chatted about learning a foreign language. The manager
shared with us of his experience and tips of learning a foreign language when
he stayed in Japan.更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
