One of my neighbor's boy even got infected several times. A few days ago, his mom showed me a note from his doctor about this matter. Because she could not understand the doctor whe she was in the doctor's office, the doctor gave her that note and asked her to present it to her husband. Unfortunately, the doctor's writing was so cursive that the husband had difficulties to read it. After several tries, I figured out what the doctor wrote: "XXX's foreskin is too tight to be retracted, and I recommend you see a urologist and have your son circumcised. After we understood the doctor's idea, my neighbor said: "Even if the doctor explained 100 more times in his office, I would have no way to understand him.
