Authorization is hereby granted to MPTC to act as our exclusive agent with respect to any and all matters pertaining to the property tax assessment of the subject property herein included. Authorization is granted for MPTC to file an appeal, represent us at any hearing, to settle any property assessment matter, to review or make inquires about the subject property city tax acount / appeal refund status, and to receive and retain for the general purpose of property valuations any property file information as deemed necessary by MPTC including but not limited to information to property.
