COMPANYB agrees (and will ensure that its personnel agree), to expressly and irrevocably waive in favour of COMPANYC any and all moral rights arising under any applicable copyright legislation as amended (or any successor legislation of similar force and effect) or similar legislation in applicable jurisdictions, or at common law that COMPANYB, as author, has with respect to any copyrighted works prepared by COMPANYB hereunder, including, without limitation, the right to attribution of authorship, the right to the integrity of the Translated Documentation, the right to be associated with the Translated Documentation, the right to restrain or claim damages for any distortion, mutilation or other modification of the Translated Documentation, and the right to prohibit the use or reproduction of the Translated Documentation in any context and in connection with COMPANYC and COMPANYE Products that might be prejudicial to COMPANYB’s honour or reputation;
