for listening comprehension, quite simple.. just sit in front of TV, listen intensively for 30 minutes per day.
the hard part is oral English, there is no silver bullet really, what I used to do is reading english newspaper loudly, and I kept reading same article for several days until I felt comfortable with it (in term of fluency). I read about 30 min to one hour perday.
second thing I did was to follow news, I followed VOA several years ago, now you can follow any TV news broadcasting (you might feel crappy at beginning, since it is pretty hard, you repeat the last sentence while listening to the next sentence), hard though, it is very helpful to improve accent and fluency of your english.
Finally, I used to talk to myself a lot in English coz you don't always have someone practice with you, therefore I spoke out my thought to myself, sounds crazy but that what I did before (don't do that when there is people around you, they might send you to mental health clinic.. haha).
