Why do we need laughter?
Medical study shows laughter may prevent heart disease. The researchers found that people with heart disease were 40 percent less likely to laugh in a variety of situations compared to people of the same age without heart disease.
Laughter strengthens the immune system, is anti-aging, helps control high blood pressure, helps dump depression, and shrinks the hurts of everyday life to a smaller size.
One minute of laughter is equal to 10 minutes on the rowing machine!
Do we have enough laughter every day? No, no reason to laugh but many reasons not to laugh.
Luckily, study also shows that your body can not tell the difference between fake laughter and real laughter. So, just send a command to your brain saying laugh so you can maintain your health. Do it now…Does it work? Maybe not. Then how?

Making Fake Laughter –A Professional Way of Doing It -- Laughter Yoga
I am telling you a professional way of making fake laughter ---- Laughter Yoga.
Yoga??? like bending a leg over the head? No No No..
But what about when I tell you that you only borrow the breath from Yoga? Yes, that sounds a lot easier and you are willing to try it now.
Laughter Yoga is a blend of yoga breath techniques and gentle laughter. It is physically-oriented and does not rely on the mind at all. You don't need to be happy, have a sense of humor, or even have a reason in order to laugh. You learn to simulate laughter until it flows out like a fountain.

To practice Yoga breach control, we do this
1. Ho! Ho! Ha! Ha! Ha!
2. Yee, Yee, Yee, ha ha ha ha ha
The atmosphere is changing gradually when you do so. Especially when you look at others, you will definitely find something funny, the face, the body, …, so you laugh, from fake to real and it lasts.
Then some of you might say, why so formal or professional? I have a headache with Yoga. Kids laugh without knowing Yoga breath at all. Why can’t I.
Then find your own way.

Finding your own way of laughing
If you use Internet often, you can google or yahoo the funny movies, or ask yahoo to send you jokes every day.
You can walk like a cat, or bark like a dog.
I sometimes edit music for myself or others to laugh. Like this one (press the play button), you can imitate the singers now if you like.
Now let’s do a simple one together. This row of people put out your hands and tickle the other row, remotely. The other row pretend you are being tickled. Ready … Go…… Now switch……
OK, that’s enough. I know you laughed...
