You seem to have a little problem pronouncing the "er" sound, for instance "where, here, under, retire, firm, factor, voter" . I think it is probably due to the position of your tongue. The other issue is to make sure you sound out the whole word, such as "boomers, voters, counting", instead of rushing it. You could also pay some attention to the word "internaTIONal". Just my two cents.
Again, thank you for putting yourself on the spot. I have come across so many talented Chinese whose careers are limited because of the language barrier. It is really a shame. If only their English were as good as yours...
