一般HR 和你聊完后,会有三钟情况.

1. do you have availability next week to meet HM, are you available to talk with HM next week?

这说明她满意了,就算是个TECHNICAL 职位,她也有权替你安排ONSITE., 要不要另说.

2. once I get feed back from HM, I will contact you

50% 满意, 或者因为你语言不好, 但TECHNOLOGY MATCH. 或者你要的钱太高, 她要问HM, 她会把她的COMMENTS 写给HM, 由HM 定, 一般来说, HR 心里是想拒你的, 但她也怕MISS 了一个人才, 所以会问HM.

3. This is just initial phone screen, it may take a few weeks to conatc you should HM feel you are a fit.
