It was clearly stated in the text (in both Chinese and English) that the clip "contains coarse language not suitable for those under 18, audience discretion is advised". By proceeding to open the link to listen, one is consenting to the exposure of the language of such kind. How could anyone be offended when he/she willingly chooses to listen knowing what to expect? How could you complain about being exposed to coarse language when you willingly choose to listen? How could the " rule" here be violated when no one is ever forced to click on the link?
