Well , the basic idea is to practise spoken English everyday . but how and with whom . We , as a private English speaking club , will organize ppl to have this practise over the phone , 30 mins a day .

redmouthbird(Everything but girl)
we have many topics to choose from . We can pair/group up discusing a particular topic every few days . but remember , only specific topic is allowed coz we want to save time and make the most of it . And the essiencial thing to make this idea successful is that we have to strictly classify many levels with the creterias of , for instance, fluency , pronouncation , accent ,etc.

Everybody knows English is the key to success here . If you have strong will , there is something we can do .
