Let me try...I am hunting for jobs now. Usually, I write in the following ways:
1) Attached (Enclosed) find please my resume.
2) For your reference, I attached a MS WORD verson of my resume herewithin.
3) Attached to this email is my resume in a plain text format.

I don't claim my writing is standard. But I think HR people can understand me.
