昨天晚上撞上一头大鹿，车是要大修了，麻烦的是怀孕的老婆也受到了惊吓，请问可否要求保险公司赔偿老婆的精神损失？ 孩子可能也受到了影响，可否保留进一步要求赔偿的权利。 谢谢了。
