打算入籍，登陆后住了两年多，加上以前visitor的时间已经满三年了。但是报税只有两年，请问是否一定要满足报税三年的条件才能提交入籍申请呢？

从来就没有过报税要3年的限制。另外visitor的时间2天算1天，最长不超过1年。
