Sorry, I am good at translating Chinese into English.Even you have finally put 优秀学生干部 into English, I doubt very much that English speakers can understand what it is.
奖学金=scholarship. If I were you, I may say "winner of XXX scholarship". I would like to suppress the detail about 3等奖.
