1. Financier is a thing/matter/position, not a people/person. So should use " which " instead " who/whom ".

which 可 以 修 饰 整 个 句 子 ， that不 可 以 。最 简 单 的 区 分 办 法 就 是 which前 面 可 以 有 逗 号 ， that就 不 行 。 @_@

GMAT的逻辑是，WHICH不能修饰整个句子，只能修饰前跟的N。如果这是GMAT考题，那只能解释为这个WHICH指代前面的名词。

"who I was at school with" 整个用来修饰girl，没有with的话句子都不通！前面那个with跟friendship， 与后面的没关系。

按照正规的老的英语语法来讲，这里应该用whom作为with的宾语，但是在现代英语中，好多时候whom都用who来取代了，whom用的越来越少了。（非专家意见，但似乎听某个英语专家这样讲过）
