工作学习 / English / 各位在用中文Win98上网时大多是用词爸解决不认得的英语单词吧？但是如果现在我用的是English板的Win98又怎么办呢？有没有跟词爸类似的英文词典，鼠标一放过去就显示出解释并且还能发生的？

哈哈，大胆的装上词霸，他能用，我装了在英文NT下，因为词霸的汉语好象不依赖于中文系统来显示，是图片？反正能用。

although it's handy to use, CIBA is one of the worst dictionary I have ever seen. I think they get a dic with the cheapest copyright. Pronounciation is good though...
