Depends on which school you plan to enter.Compared with US schools, Canadian schools
seem not to pay much attention to GRE / TOEFL.
For example, UWaterloo takes the GPA as a more
important category. Officially you need about
85/100 for Ph.D, maybe lower for Master.
But it is quite fexible. A friend of
mine from Beijing University whose GPA is
below that also got offer from the university.
The key point is that your background matches
the research of the professor so that he is
willing to accept you as his graduate student.
