freak out: 使。。。惊惶失措的意思；举例：I am totally freak out=我吓坏了/惊惶失措。
freaking:形容词 使人惊惶失措的意思。
我没查过字典，只是老听，猜的意思

You got me. I only remember the sample words like this" I was/got freak out", doesn't have a clue with "somebody freak out". Perhaps somebody else knows this?
