没问题，我刚来时只会发音， 现在一口流利法语。但须在quebec.first go COFI.
then go french university for french writing
then get a training on any profession (college or university)
then you will get a job in goverment easily.
you need to be motivated, perserverannce, knowledge of english will help you a lot.
have go luck...
