He always piss me off. 很大程度是"他老打击我(才让我感到很恼火)"的意思. 又比如当你和别人谈判时对方经常咄咄逼人甚至蛮横无理, 你感到羞辱生气, 正好说"HE PISSED ME OFF"．其他还有很多类似的情形
