错，只是表示尊重，也比较正式，犹其常见于对顾客。打电话去bell公司的话，就会听到他们左一个Ma'am右一个Ma'am。

不会，比我大个二三十张的一样叫我ma'am，我听着也挺舒服的，感觉颇受尊重 ：P
