I am not sure what you are talking about. Ifyou mean Queens university in Kingston, of course it's a very decent school though a little small.
but if you mean something like 'kingston's academy'---I saw such name on newspaper&TV commercial---i guess it's only a secondary school or ESL school.

it's nosense!if you want to go to a college without any difficulty to earn a degree, you can choose this college but you should be ready for nothing you would learn finally.
