工作学习 / English / how i can improve my English?i have been working in a company for 6 yrs, the work is interesting and my college are fine. but there is only one problem, most of them are chinese.
recently i have been moved to another position i have to use english to communicate with others 50% the time of the day, and since i am dealing with upper management, i have to sound more professional.
so, i want to go somewhere that can help my to improve as soon as possible.
any of you have good suggestions? thanx a lot.

如果第一本书没有，你可以search by Richard Dowis。他是很有名的写作方面的专家，其它书也很好，也许更有针对性。记住，写作只是形式，重要的还是business practise（我的理解：）

1。out of print，就查查他的其他的书 2。review差也不要紧。review特好的，一般来说都比较好, review都不好的，大概真的不好，有的给5分，有的给1分，通常比较有争议。review也只是参考。不过我是很喜欢那本书：）

That's the reason the banker wants to improve his/her English. 10 years living in Toronto and 6 years working in an organization may not be enough to have good command of Eglish.

You really need to pick up things much more quickly as you have been working long enough to get the basics settled. Read, write, speak, imitate and don't be afraid of asking questions and making mistakes.

If you are talking about business writing, one rule is not to use informal abbreviations such as "u r right".And as the other two have already pointed out, "I" should alway be uppercase. I suggest you try to keep a good habit just in case you forgot where you were sending the email to.
