工作学习 / English / 请教良方，我如果平时用英语和别人自由交谈还马马虎虎，一旦到了半正式或正式场合就完蛋。比如，上课发言结结巴巴；和老外同学讨论问题，他们头都转过来看着我问我的意见，我就脑子停顿找不到词了，就是说也说得很烂；presentation做了多少次练了多少次都不行，在底下一个人说得好好的，一上台面对那么多人就紧张得要命，准备好的英语全乱了套，声音也控制不住地颤抖，只好草草结束。大家帮帮我怎样能克服这个毛病呀？

Resite all of the paragraph times and times...unitill you feel no need to stop one second to try to remeber it. I did so when I represented my speech in front of the whole class.

Yeah, practice make perfect. As you said, "Reciting again and again until ..." is a good way.
