记住哪中国人多了，哪的事情就不是很好办了，希望能把toefl和gre考到一个就是在美国都可以拿奖学金的水平在说吧。但最重要一点还是money最重要。

Waterloo大学的计算机本科 is the most difficlut program to get in. I think they have their own English test. Why don't you check with them?

The most diffcult thing is not TOEFL, it's the study. Actually only 2/3 CS students can finish their undergraduate program from UW. It's much better than several years ago, at that time, only 1/3 could finish.
