I don't think you can apply for immagration to Canada as a interpreter. The interpreter in Canada means either from English to French or vice versa.

even need not to try, your major is not what Canada wanted, besides, your degree is not very high. I think you should look for a better job
in China instead.

No use at all. Canadadoes not need English-Chinese interpreter.
