i worked for a jewellry store before, i needed to wear fashionable clothes. i guess what to wear is depends on what kind of store it is. i guess for a games store, a shirt and a tie is good enough for an inverview.

you need to convince the interviewer your folllowing points1. very familiar with many popular games ( list names)
2. good memory ( game price, features, location)
3. good math (cashier needs to deal with money)
4. good inter-personal skills ( customer likes you)
5. hard working ( boss likes to see)
6. very strong persuading ability ( you can sell)
7. problem solving skills ( deal with complain)
