They want WORD docs to make modification (I guess). I sent out some pdf files and one of the recruiter asked for WORD format.These guys don't know much about the IT stuff. They don't know that they can copy and paste from PDF files and put in to word format. Any way, it doesn't hurt to give them your resume as long as you are not making different versions of your story.
