作为移民，可以申请3or5年的多次有效美国签证，平时可以随意过去玩，探亲还可以买美国机票。是这样吗？好像也是移民都该办的证件啊。不知如何办理？多少申请费？

是啊，一年到五年不等，可以开车直接去，回国可以经过美国走。申请费usd45.
