我是收到等面试通知的之后转移档案，从香港到北京加100加元。不过据说香港面试较快，不用再次激活护照；北京时间长，适合文科人士，不用护照。

My friends transferred their application from New York to Beijing after the interview notification, and they had no problem in getting approved (now in Canada already). I would assume yours without problem either.
