这是英式回答,适用于正式场合.但在加拿大多数时候显得过于死板在美加,一般场合多用good,而不时fine.
相对于fine,good语气更随便.但在欧洲,很少用,会给人缺乏教养的感觉.
在欧洲说good,别人听起来就是:哇靠,没的说,不错!哥们你呢?
在美加说fine,别人听起来就是:今日安好.兄台别来无佯?

在美加, 我觉得说FINE, 尤其语气不合适的时候, 可以解释成: HOW ARE YOU? -- 怎么着了? FINE--还活着呢.

not bad普遍一点,good一般是发了横财才说所以有时候说good会有人问你有什么喜事,呵呵

Most people would say " good" unless you really have a bad day. And you don't have to worry about being asked " what's the good thing about" cos this is a very stupid question to ask in the begin with.
