工作学习 / English / 请教怎样进一步提高英语本人新移民，来了3周，LINC英语测试听7，说8，读7，写6，顾问说不需要上LINC，自己也感觉ESL对本人帮助不大。平时日常生活，电话处理一切事物，英语没有任何问题。可是本人专业是市场和销售，几次面试，深感英语表达的得体，优美，准确和专业和职位要求还是有巨大差距。鉴于这种情形，请教各位，什么方式和渠道或者课程可以有效提高我的英语表达？谢谢意见！

good idea. But..Actually I just had the first interview of a local call centre, but no furhter infor after 2 days. I am afraid that my english is not good enough for it. That why I am worrying and desire to improve. Any more comments, pls?

有时侯缺的是文化背景.特别是节日,本地人生活里面的事情,一些用语等等.我觉得你从语言上讲,绝对不需要去上课. 但是我去试着上过一段时间LINC,(因为我当时考试时候听力不好),发现课堂里面很多时候不仅仅学的是英文,背景和文化介绍也很多,我很喜欢.我想,你缺的是这个吧.这个也可以通过看报纸来提高.
你已经比我们大多数不知道好了多少了.应该可以去试一下找个临时的工作或许可以提高更快吧

I got the highest score in every section when I went to LINK and they said the same to me. I think the best way to improve English is to watch DVDs, movies and TV programs with subtitle.
