why not?you know what? if you can get 60k one year, it will be better than you live in Toronto. if you will keep the same living level in Toronto, i think you will make more than 80k one year.
meanwhile, it's also cold in Toronto, sure for -30C. the difference probably the winter in Toronto is shorter than in Winnipeg.
So you'd better go to Winnipeg.
