heads up很地道，我平时也这样用，只是不确定是不是这么拼；第一句可以用，I have bandwidth today.但同样不确定bandwidth 的拼写是不是正确。多谢指教

The spelling for "heads up" is correct, but I am not sure if "a heads up" is good English. I heard local people saying that before.But it is not necessary they always speak good English. Bandwidth is the correct spelling as well. I seldom hear people use it in that sense. But I don't work with IT people either.
