apparently you are wrong, how can u use although and but in one sentence? there are many ways to translate this, such as "He couln'd marry her for some reasons, even he loves her so much"

我觉得LZ的翻译就很好了。但因为你用了POSSIBLY, 所以强调的是没有可能。原句中没有上下文，所以也无法肯定是不是这个意思。
