我的理解：你亲弟弟/哥哥的孩子就是你亲侄女/侄子， 你二叔家的弟弟的孩子就不算你亲侄女侄子，etc,etc,....

那你就得把这个描述给别人听(brother's kids or cousin's kids?)，对这个说法中国人也不是都知道，老外估计就更晕了：）
