应该可以。但申请好学校的奖学金最好抓紧（截止期通常为1月底前后）。但录取截止期通常会晚2个月或以上。

go to www.toefl.org and there will be all necessary info for this test. there is no offcial website to tell you how much is a microwave oven in canada so everyone will be happy to anwer you here. but for toefl, why not do something by yourself?
