有点意思。前者是“某事应该(提出来/拿去)跟某人进行讨论”(我使得某人讨论此事)。后者是“跟某人讨论了某事”。(我讨论此事)

什么叫有点意思呀。加上主语,俺原文是说I have sth. discussed with sb。而有人偏要说应该说I have discussed sth. with sb。到底哪个对呢?

所谓有点意思可能是楼主把“have/make/let"类的”使...做..."与完成时搅混了。前一句似乎改为“I have sth. to discuss with sb.” 更顺些,而后一句貌似现在完成时吧。

是完成时。想表达的意思是"我以就某问题与某人讨论过"。后面一种表述方式的意思是"我与某人讨论过某问题"。我觉得都对,只是表述重点不一样。前一句重点在问题。后一句重点在某人了。
