个人经验，如果说英语时，尤其在工作时，还时常脑海里出现汉语单词，你的英语还需花大功夫。说话的时候我们的脑海里出现的应该是idea,口里出来的碰到外国人是英语，碰到中国人是汉语。我英语碰到最大的问题的时候也是突然头脑里出现汉语的时候。另外，即使你在想一句话如何用英语表达，也要把一个句子拿出来，也就是说要有上下文。一个词可以有很多种翻译方法。语言是表达思想的一种工具，先要想清楚你要表达的东西是什么，再想办法把它变成语言。老是想着这个词用英语怎么说，那个成语用英语怎么说，我个人认为不是学习英语的正确方法。
