well,it seems that 教育is different from教养, a person who is educated, sometimes even well-educated doesn’t mean he/she has a good manner or literacy, I guess。

ling’er, as far as I am concerned it is be of great help and use for you to learn a word in a context rather than a single word. For instance, if you wanna say 有教养,maybe I will say he‘s good-mannered and well-cultivated。Wish it helps.
