I think the person who initiated this activity is not accountable. There is no point waiting for this guy to show up.It seems to me that a lot of people are interested in improving their pronouciation and oral language. I was thinking maybe I could offer a free English workshop to help out.
I have been in Canada for about 3 years and a half and have been teaching in public school for 2 years. I am willing to share my tips and strategies in learning English with you.

It is good that you can offer help, but you don't need to say something bad about the person who is like you, was willing to use his spare time to offer the free service to the people who is in need. Maybe you two can team up together so that it will be faster to have people benefited. Just a thought. no any offend
