Sorry that I think 翻译不出来 is better than inaccurate translation,and 专家 may sound good, but Guan Yuan (sorry that I can't type Chinese) might be more accurate. How about

您考证那么多，为什么不告诉我们楼主所谓的“反恐专家“在哪里，还有关键的keeps an official eye on怎么翻译？另外对一般现在时态说出“一向是原文没有的”这种话似乎有损你的英文修养声誉，最后问一声，你的楼下翻译未免也太抄袭了吧，更何况也不符合中文句式

不要这么defensive，表现一点专业态度。我的和你的有不同：1，没有一向；2，贵族和领袖是两回事；3，行动和手段是两回事，文中讨论的是立法；4，延长和扩大是两回事，文中讨论的是立法给警察更大的权利，也就是反恐手段啦。至于抄袭，你看着办吧。

I second this one, just that would it be OK to use 反恐 措施 instead of 反恐手段, and use 贵族 Yi Yuan instead of just 贵族? "扩大" makes a lot more sense as well. :)
