相约北美 / 移民留学 / 公司来了一个新同事，自称有四个月的JAVA开发经验。第三天，组长让他做一个class，他很快就写好了，编译时没错，可总运行不起来.....快下班时，他请我去帮他看，组长也过去了。
第四天他到公司时，被告知解聘了。
组长过后说，
I don't think I'll teach him such fucking simple stuff. He even doesn't know how to set CLASSPATH!

He will become a really Java programmerHe will learn from this and know what he lacks.
He could have survived if you or the team leader had given him more time. He is just out of luck.
Nobody is a born programmer. Be considerate, everybody learns from mistakes. Programminng is not the work for gunius, anybody who studys hard and works hard can become good programmers.
