You need to practice before interview until you feel it is already very fluent. Say it loudly when you practice. Definitely that will give interviewer very good impression although your English may be not as good as you show at interview.

俚语? come on, if they hire you,they hire you for your technique skill,not for you speaking 俚语. Not professional and not graceful.
