My experience:If you can speak without significant accent, you can understand 90%+, provided the conversation contains no new words to you. If you want to speak without accent, watch movies, listen to songs, radio stations, TV programs and try to follow the tone.
Practice more, it takes time. The most important (and the most offending): get out of the Chinese-speaking environment.

无他，但口耳熟尔。其实大部分的对话，都是预知对方而后容易了解。需要听多了，听熟了。至于说，用你最习惯最简单的方式就好了，不用追求花哨。关键还是听，保证你回答的YES或NO永远是正确的～～

听懂了，却说不出来怎么办？我的听力远好于口语。能听懂别人的话，但要说的时候，不会说怎么办？应该有什么办法来提高口语的吧？
听英语时，无意识的就在脑海里快速直接转化成汉语了，根本不记得别人如何说的英语。如何才能克服这种毛病？谢谢。
