相约北美 / 移民留学 / 使馆的申请说明中提到，如果在申请时无法提供现在雇主的推荐信，必须作出书面说明。那是不是说可以暂时不提供呢？另外如何说明，找什么理由好呢？可以说怕不成功会丢掉现在工作吗？

I have the same situation but I thought the current reference is the
mosts important one for me and I was told that reference can be signed
by my project leader or colleagues. So I let one project leader sign it.
