"Anyway" is street english, it should never be used in writing, the literal phase for it is "anyhow", "Anyways" is just slang, or to put it more bluntly,it's a mistake people make when they speak, which I will never do

ciao一般都是单独用， hi或bye，所以不太会是"they ciao", 我觉得可能是 chaos， 但是打字员打错了"chao"， 这种拼写错误很多的。 不要有心理负担。
