as a new employee, the most challenging part of my work was to chair a meeting. To overcome that, I set up daily calls with the team - a suicidal move but very helpful in the long run.

电话会议的facilitator啊。你可以在skype自己搞一个聊天会议，不过要是你语言太差或者communications skill太差，加入的人会很快跑掉的。这个比老猫在公司搞相比没有风险，当然提高自己的压力也小了。

I have been to toast master. I don't think it helps much, as you spend most of your time doing prepared speech. I think debate and and random discussion of different topics would have more.
