Salary is not the number one factor I'm considering, I care more about the work experience. 翻得比较蹩脚，因为确实没见过这样的scenario。如果是求职，除非走投无路千万不要用这句。你可以说你热爱这份工作，你对这个职位的工作内容感兴趣，但不要谈你是来gain work exp的。
