工作学习 / 外语学习 / Would anybody be interested in joining an English interest talk circle?Basically a group of people would meet up regularly, could be in a coffee shop, or food court, etc. We talk about different sorts of predetermined topics of common interests; we could also have some kind of debates, if you wish. The main purpose for this activity is to help participants to improve their speaking skills.

Thank you for your interest .I am not quite sure what you meant by being a tutor, as we are hoping to run an interest talk circle where everybody would be provided with the opportunity to speak. If you have some time everyday, you may listen to radio AM680. It's a news channel. The anchorpersons talk very clear and use more standard words, phrases and expressions. I'd turn on my radios when I get into bathroom,kitchen and sitting room, even bedroom, pick up daily news, weather broadcast, events schedules, etc. From time to time, I'd get some interesting stories, idioms.
